Confirming, as I hit this Friday at UDS.
The odd bit is that Thursday night at UDS it *did* play the DVD instead
of showing that popup, but it still didn't play right. It was all
garbled. I had no success with VLC, though. VLC would display an image
and play sound for a second, then go silent an

I *think* if you change the numbers in /etc/X11/Xsession.d/ that'll do it.
The lower numbers start first, higher numbers start last. Seahorse-plugins is
by default a lower number, so it should be starting first. If you have "use-
agent" in your gpg.conf this *may* vary.
