I disabled the extensions you listed and could still reproduce it. Then I also started to disable the extensions shipped with Ubuntu, it also happens with 'Ubuntu Dock' disabled. However, at least right now, I cannot reproduce it when 'Desktop Icons NG (DING)' is disabled, so maybe this is the
