Sorry for the late reply. You solution works for me, I tested it quite a
while ago, but I forgot to write an answer here.

I tried
sudo service acpi-support stop
And voila I have my speed back. I can even start it again in battery
mode and the speed is still good. So it seems that a stop of acpi-
support solves the issue and a new start doesn't harm the speed anymore.

Hi.
Since a few weeks i noticed that when my notebook runs on batteries the
LAN network (the lan network card) becomes very slow. However the
wireless card seems not to be affected and runs just as fast in battery
mode as when I plug
