Just a note: if Bug 736829 gets fixed, then this presumably bug would
also be fixed and may then be considered a duplicate?

As of the latest natty updates, a new beautiful stock_person exists -

Thanks, I think that getting the Welcome page to autostart is very
important, i mean, if users dont want it - just hit close and its gone
forever, but the users who need it will never find it otherwize...
I think the simplist solution is a shell script that removes it'self
from the autostart list
Ok, the branch for the GDM login slide is complete, will now propose for

Well, the problem with a welcome screen is that it is usually there for the
sole purpose of saying Hi on your first login.

I have begun development of a ubiquity slide for this bug, currently my

When I am finished with the slide should i upload a diff file (patch?)

Regarding changing it in the theme itself, the one drawback of this is that
GnoMenu doesn't display the default theme by (ironically) default, and the Lock
Screen window doesn't display the icon at all (when no ~/.face exists).
Although, technically these are separate bugs with the applications
FUSE as in a Filesystem in Userspace?
Where is the launchpad/GNOME page?
