[Bug 2073430] [NEW] Automatic Time Zone not working on 24.04

Public bug reported: I tick "automatic time zone" in the Date & Time settings, it does nothing, and when I return to Date & Time, the option is unselected again. This system is a fresh 24.04 install. See attached video. ** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided
