@Stephan Bergmann: I found why builds with --enable-gnome-vfs won't work under KDE. It's because there is a check for GNOME desktop at http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/desktop/source/app/appinit.cxx#86. Removing that check solves the problem. Is it OK to just remove that check, or there
