I believe this was happening due to the new mimetype bits in gio (i.e.
using the non-gnome-specific way now). Evolution was also slowing right
down after clicking on a link, however with latest updates this seems to
have been solved somewhat in Evolution, maybe the same for GT?

Attached is an updated relayout patch which uses the old glade-2 to
change the glade file, which leaves the XML in a state that the rest of
evolution can read it properly. Therefore, the accoutn setup wizard etc
works fine.

91_relayout_preferences.patch (attached) makes the changes to evolution
as per the spec.
The only two deviations from the spec are:

After tweaking my Gtk theme settings, I can see this issue happens when
anything to do with the theme changes. It seems to be something
connected to GtkSettings changing in the nautilus code.

Binary package hint: nautilus
Whenever fonts change on the system, the entire desktop background
flashes to the Gtk theme colour, and then back to the background.
It's easy enough to reproduce: Install a font into ~/.fonts or `touch` a
font file that's already in their.

This is caused because the fullscreen preview window isn't cleared
before it's shown. Patch attached, it's a one line change which should
work for Hardy + Intrepid.
