In the new Kubuntu Jaunty Alpha 3 this behaviour is the default. Firefox

Offcourse, but I think with the new version of the GIMP, this is the
case. I was referring to this quote that is on the ubuntu.com website.
GIMP 2.6 is definitely the latest and greatest version.

When I go to [Locations] at the top of my screen, I get a list of all
the partitions I have on my system. If I select one it's mounted. I have
to click on it again for nautilus to open.
What is expected:
I expect the partition to mount and opene
I also confirm on a fully updated Intrepid Alpha 5.
