[Bug 220511] Re: Graphical glitch in resource tab

2011-10-10 Thread Nobu
I've always had nVidia graphics (GeForce2 Go in my laptop, 7100GS in my desktop; the integrated graphics are nv, too), so at least it was present on some nVidia hardware. I can't reproduce it now, though. I'm currently running Fedora 15 with gnome-system-monitor version 3.0.0, kernel 2.6.40.4 and

Re: [Bug 605577] Re: Help contents title bar shows cubes with numbers instead of a proper title

2010-09-19 Thread Nobu
In reply to Charlie Kravetz's comment #45: To be clear, basically any (localized) text which isn't being rendered in the html viewing area--button text, menu text, tool-tip text, etc.--is effected. This has little impact on reading the current help item and related items are still easily found,

I'm experiencing the same behavior in yelp. Interestingly, some of the menu items in yelp's help menu display correctly (attachment). ** Attachment added: Screenshot of yelp's help menu http://launchpadlibrarian.net/52466359/yelp-menu.png -- Help contents title bar shows cubes with numbers

[Bug 363227] Re: throbber not visible, epiphany-browser

2009-04-19 Thread Nobu
Apparently, it's related to the theme engine I was using. The separator (don't know if I can call it that, now) is not visible when using Taqua, New Wave, Murrina, Mist, Loma, Inverted, Human, Glossy, Dust, DarkRoom, or Clearlooks, nor their derivatives. It's visible in most all of the others.

[Bug 363227] Re: throbber not visible, epiphany-browser

2009-04-18 Thread Nobu
Well, it doesn't necessarily have to. I just thought it seemed odd that there was a separator there when there's nothing to separate, so I thought it was a bug (i.e.: something was missing, or it shouldn't be there). Of course, it didn't cross my mind that it might have supposed to not be there

[Bug 254136] Re: gnome-screensaver transparent(can see desktop)

2008-11-28 Thread Nobu
nvidia-glx-177 does not work with linux-rt kernel, so I'm unable to test under the same circumstances. Under the generic kernel there does not appear to be any sign of the bug. I don't have another computer available to test at the moment, but can someone else reproduce this on 8.04 LTS? --

[Bug 220511] Re: Graphical glitch in resource tab

2008-06-24 Thread Nobu
I also experience this glitch. After mouse-over the graphic looks normal again. When I switch back to the processes tab, close system-monitor, open it again, and switch back to the resources tab the anomaly is visible again. This is on Hardy(AMD64) with all current updates. I commented on the
