Yes it's possible:
Letters are missing. And in the title the word R?UNION should read like
this: RÉUNION. With the "É" not a ? sign.

Please correct a bug problem in evolution program for mail in Ubuntu: in
French, accents are not always showing up in the titles and content of
the messages. Letters with accent are just not there many times so some
words are very weird.
