Not sure why the importance is set to zero. This is a genuine bug: gnome-bideo-thumbnailer should never use 100% CPU for a prolonged period of time, no matter what the circumstances. This bug is annoying, and comes up often when downloading video files into a folder and simultaneously viewing the
