This is not yet fixed: I can confirm this on Kubuntu 9.04. Opening Epiphany (or opening a new tab) leads to File “/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-C.html” not found. Check the location of the file and try again. it says C instead of %l, though. Package: epiphany-browser State:
