Issue reproduced. Loging in and out fixes the problem temporarily but
after reboot the issue is still there.

The only help I discover is to kill the process called evolution-alarm-
notify that wait in futex_wait_queue_me. If it is helpful the other
process called evolution-data-server-2.28 wait in the same state. I
choose to kill the first one because
