Just a suggestion: check the filesize and test if the bug is triggered with filesizes between 2 and 4 gigas, 6 and 8, 10 and 12 and so on. If that's the case, then the problem can be because nautilus is using STAT instead of STAT64. I had a similar problem some time ago and is was due to that. --
