Cursor in Evolution mail compose window doesn't work correctly

The move function of the filters/rules doesn't work as anyone would
expect, but copies the message and deletes the original one BUT
subsequent actions like marking the message as read operate on the
orginal, deleted message. The result is that these actions:

Please re-open and take a stand at upstream. For reasons, see the
upstream bug.
It quite can't be expected from a non-hacker to understand why mark
then move works while moving then marking doesn't. Even if this
behaviour which does not accord to the Gnome User Interface Guidlines
cannot be

I don't think this is low-priority because a majority of GIMP users try
to edit and therefore load images from the Web. Many do dragdrop
directly from Firefox into GIMP which is also not possible.
Request for increasing priority to *at least* normal, if not major
