In gnome-keybinding-properties I can't set modifier+multimedia key
combinations, so the bug is not fixed. (But setting the binding in
gconf-editor works.)

Yes, setting the key binding has the desired effect.
I also noticed compizConfig has a similar issue, when using "grab key
combination" with multimedia keys, modifiers are not grabbed, but using
the buttons to set modifiers works correctly.

If I try to assign a combination of a multimedia key and a modifier in
gnome-keybinding-properties, the multimedia key without modifier is set
instead. On the other hand it is possible to use gconf-editor to assign
such a key binding.
