After updating Ubuntu Budgie 20.10 today (5.8.0-44-generic #50-Ubuntu) I notice this doesn't happen for me anymore. It is possible that it just hasn't happened yet, but prior to today, I could reliably reproduce this every time by resizing a window for a few seconds until flickering started. I ca
