I have not experienced this since 20.10. I still have the laptop I had
the issue on, and have not seen this problem show up on 22.04 or 24.04.

- Started with a fully updated system
- Enabled proposed and installed libmutter-12-0/lunar-proposed
- version 44.2-0ubuntu1 installed

- tested login / logout
- ran common applications to ensure windows worked correctly (focus, minimize,

I have also been testing this on two separate laptops - both are
Thinkpad T560, one with Intel, one with Nvidia graphics. Ran similar
tests to Mauro with no issues found.

After updating Ubuntu Budgie 20.10 today (5.8.0-44-generic #50-Ubuntu) I
notice this doesn't happen for me anymore. It is possible that it just
hasn't happened yet, but prior to today, I could reliably reproduce this
every time by resizing a window for a few seconds until flickering
started. I ca
