[Bug 2067147] [NEW] ubuntu 22.04 startup application settings not work

Public bug reported: I use Startup Application Settings at Ubuntu-22.04. gnome-terminal -- sh /home/nakasima/xx.sh but ubuntu-22.04 could not startup gnome-terminal, then sometimes hang up. I fonud this situation, I use logout/login to recover this. ** Affects: gnome-shell (Ubuntu)
