I'm using ubuntu mate on virtual box on os x as host machine. I don't
know whether this related to trackpad or not. When I use external wired
mouse text selection works fine. I really don't understand why this
happening. I tried other desktop environment like gnome budgie and it
works fine. But I g

In mate desktop environment text is not getting selected properly. When
I'm trying to select any text (Webpage, pdf, doc) the next text is
getting selected instead of origin point.
