[Bug 672415] [NEW] totem plays DVDs at approx one frame per second

Public bug reported: I have a fresh install of Ubuntu 10.10. All the relevant decryption software is installed. The way Ubuntu's default DVD/media player, i.e., Totem Movie Player, plays DVDs is unwatchable. The refresh rate is about one frame per second - regardless of the size of the player wind
