Just an update. I have found since I posted this bug that Rhythmbox will
shut down when any window is opened and then closed, with Rhythmbox
already open. Thanks.

Just loaded a fresh install of Lucid Lynx 10.04 last night. With
Rhythmbox open, if I decide to open an internet browser window, when I
close the browser window, Rhythmbox will shut down without an error
message. Tried it several times on purpos
