The solution by astraluxkl didn't work for me. Still, only killall
notification-area-applet works sometimes.

I confirm this bug in audacious 2.5.0 running in Natty x64 - white
resize grip always seen, and one is unable to resize playlist (window
snaps to the position of the cursor when mouse button released).

I have the same thing with Eiskaltdc++ Qt.
It seems that this bug affects all QT applications which minimize to tray.
The workaround with killall notification-area-applet works, but it takes two
or three times to run the command for all the icons to appear in the tray
correctly.
