Yes, "showexec" can not allows change attributes of files and make them
executable.
I find no sense in Linux that device is mounted with "showexec"

@alexiade, I think most of the persons that have referred to "mouse" in screen
mode has been to point out that the problem occurs with any device in screen
mode (mouse or any tablet), not only with the Wacom tablet.

Sorry, but I think the importance of this bug is not "low". This bug makes GIMP

The same problem using any device in "Screen" mode (Mouse or Genius EasyPen
i405 Tablet with wizardpen driver). With the mouse in screen mode de problem is
more evident. Random lines appear while I'm drawing.
Kubuntu 11.10 Oneiric 64bits. Gimp "6.2.11-2ubuntu4" package.
