I've tried the new version of gcalctool (5.28.1) and something is changed.
Now "2^1000 mod 3" returns 0, but maybe the answer is again wrong.
Indeed, "(2^1000+1) mod 3" also returns 0, and it can not be possible that the
two answers are both correct.

When I perform some operation with the 'modulus' division (%), I often
obtain wrong results.
Here, I give an example:
"2^1000 Mod 3" returns an 86-digit result!!
Obviously, it is not the correct answer (the result must be: 0<=result<=2)
For now, in the 'Download from' section of the Software sources, select
the MAIN server as the other repositories as not up to date yet.

I met this problem too. Seems running updater and screen-saver at the
same time causes this crash. I'm running Hardy, never seen this on
Gutsy. I guess the dpkg-configuration of some packages caused this
problem?

Yes. It's really strange to me that the default keyring password doesn't
follow user's password when changed. IMHO, if a program choose to use
user's password, it should follow user's password.
Today it took me half-and-hour to realize that I should use my _initial_
