In All Settings -> Brightness Lock
"Turn screen off when inactive for X Minutes" is set, Ubuntu/gnome tries to
turn the screen off after X minutes while watching a Flashvideo in Browser,
mistakenly interprets watching a video for inactivity.

Yes this way it works, however if i use the empathy gui an click on the
accounts thingie the ubuntu online account overview opens and there is
no skype option. So using the gui, there is no way to add a skype
account. This is a ubuntu specific bug.

Steps to reproduce:
1) mount smb share via nautilus
2) right click on rar file, choose extract here

I am unable to add my skype account to empathy, since (afaik) online accounts
is the only way to do so with empathy under unity.
while in gnome 3, skype appears under accounts in empathy and empathy is happy
to use it.

the applet -> controls the subwoofer not master volume

After upgrading to karmic, i am unable to switch GDM themes via
gdmsetup, which is particularly annoying if you don't like the default
one, which forices me to click my username out of a long list instead of
just typing my name in.

This bug is open since 2006? Are you kidding me, it is *most* annoying when you
have to rearrange your panel every login in, for me it only happens to a non
extended panel in the upper right corner, or better said it wont happen when i
put the panel in the upper middle.
