As I wrote early: I'm using English (default) and Russian layouts with toggle by Caps key. I've tried other toggle buttons (e.g., Ctrl+Shift) and I've checked xkb-data version 2.5-1ubuntu1 (precise) and 2.5-1ubuntu1.3 (precise-proposed). Both are affected. xkb-data in precise-proposed still
