I'm not sure if this is a fix or not, but I can not reproduce with
Nautilus 2.21.6 on Hardy Alpha. When moving the file into the directory
of the folder with the same name, you first receive the
replace/skip/cancel dialog:
A folder named Videos already exists. Do you want to replace
it?
I can not reproduce this with Nautilus 2.21.6 on Hardy Alpha.

I opened two Nautilus windows, and attempted to paste a file from the
desktop with the same name as a file in Nautilus window 1 into Nautilus
