can't define a default geometry in the preferenc
Oh. I'm very sorry. This is not a bug. The problem was that /apps/gnome-
terminal/profiles/Default/use_custom_default_size key was unchecked. I'm
not sure if it is not a new key, anyway this is not a problem - just a
strange situation.
Please, close the bug.

default_size_columns to 132 and default_size_rows to 43
then (even after restart) gnome-terminal continue to start 80x24
both lucid (latest) and maverick versions of gnome-t
Strange policy... If the program crashes on the normal file and the bug
found - it should be fixed in all maintained versions of the
distribution. If not - why should we use LTS then?!
