The combination of auto and user options in fstab seems to cause
problems in nautilus, such that a duplicate entry for the partition is
created which cannot be used.
I added an entry to /etc/fstab for an internal partition, the entry is

Also the data00 entry cannot be used for mounting when 168gb is not
mounted. The error message says the UUID does not exist - which is not
true, since the automatic mount works perfectly fine using the given
UUID in fstab file.

I found out something very interesting and important, I think. There is
only no picture in case a second display is attached. Even if a video is
running at the very same time when the second display is attached, the
video player picture (in my case totem and xine) becomes black.

like it. I only tested this with AVI files. Flash videos in browser are
not affected.

I am experiencing problems with videos on 10.04. Simple AVIs are not
shown in totem or xine, even though the sound is playing. Also it seems
to happen somewhat random, once I could view videos after logout and
login back. I don't think this is a player issue.

I think a good GUI should be able to adjust itself to the current window
and screen size. It would be nice to see this one fixed. It is a very
important dialog and shouldn't be hard to fix.
