I am observing this in Lucid after LTS release. Not fixed yet. This is
not urgency=low as as the desktop becomes disfunctional for normal
users.

Using KDE 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2)
When Parley is loaded with default installation via synaptic or similar Parley
report errors with the python scripts.
After installing libkrosspy

Right click on calender - Adjust Date and Time. The dialog window either
doesn't show up at all or when it does is dysfunctional. No settings can
be entered.
