Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

Ubuntu 9.10
gnome-system-tools 2.28.1-0ubuntu2

The new gnome login screen has serious user interface problems that make
it impossible to perform non-default login operations without a mouse
such as restarting, shutting down, hibernating, or sleeping the
computer, changing the session, or changing the language. The power menu
is not accessible via tab rotation, and so without a mouse it is
impossible to restart, sleep, or hibernate the computer. The login
button doesn't have a mnemonic, so if you use a mnemonic to select the
session or language after entering username and password, it's
impossible to actually login with the changed session information.

** Affects: gnome-system-tools (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
