I am having this bug again right now. You advised me in my other bug report to
post a file with the contents of journalctl -b0 if this bug reappears, since I
was told both are related, I was wondering if the same applies for this one
here. Link to other bug report:

I'm on Xubuntu 11.04 and have this grip on every non-maximized window.
Especially on borderless terminals it looks awful and is of no use for me since
I always resize with Alt+Right mouse drag.
An option to disable this globally would be very much appreciated.

This problem is actually caused by interference with the keyboard and
mouse. I noticed several additional problems that all seemed related,

Click drag to select multiple icons at once is the action. I expect
to at least see the system draw a transparent box, but absolutely noting
happens. This basic feature does not work on either the desktop or
within a nautilus window.

All right, this is due to the destination disk being formatted as FAT32
(factory default) which doesn't allow files larger than 4GB. nautilus
should detect this case and warn me before it starts copying any files
(if there are multiple ones) instead of crashing.

Nautilus crashed while copying
Had a similar crash while copying GBs of files from one external
harddisk to another (crash report attached). I installed nautilus-dbg
afterwards but I haven't experienced the crash after that.
