evolution google calendar doesn't work with private calendars
Also appeared here on Feisty... Just a question that might sound silly,
does openoffice has anything to do with vino-server? (it appears more
frequent after launching/closing oo - it might be just an illusion)

Vino-server takes 90% of cpu when only listening for incoming connections
case closed, another opened...
it was due to xserver-xorg-driver-ati-6.6.0.0 (with the preferdb visual
patch), downgraded to 6.5.7.3 and suprised as i am, it's working again.

I used ubuntu dapper 6.06 when it started to happen. Later on I switched
to Xubuntu, but the problem remained...
steps to failure:
I opened a Doc file, tried scrolling using the mouse scroll - went ok. I tried
scrolling the document down using
Laptop: Compaq Evo N1020v
Video Card: Radeon IGP340M
IDE Controller: ALI15X3
Sound: ALI5451M
sorry, forgot to mention the abiword version...

update: amule has just joined the rebelling forces
(abiword) and freeze my system as well...
i'll try the autopackage's for both and see if i can localize the
problem.
