Rhythmbox 0.9.4.1
When an audio disk is inserted, standard behaviour is for an icon to appear on
the desktop before Rhythmbox starts up with an Unknown audio item among the
items under Source. However, from time to time it happens that the desktop icon
fails to appear and rhythmbox starts but with no icon for the inserted disk.
Ejecting and re-inserting fixes the problem.
