Several computers can't seem to print over 2 pages of a pdf from evince.
There isn't a printer problem as their print from kpdf or any other

that it would be helpful to fix this as it directly affects fixing bugs on

This might be not be in the right place...
The gnome-menus ( i.e. Application, Places and Systems) get updated with
a link to the new software, after I have installed some software using
the package manager. The link is created okay
