Unfortunatelly, the bug still exists in Ubuntu 16.04.1. I do not know
what I can do to further investigate the couse of the bug.

If a user change user to root via sudo su command then exit root account
by writing exit, gnome-terminal does not change window title to default

The bug can be reproducable on other vte based terminal emulators like
Sakura and Guake. Is that mean the bug is related to vte library?

After logging in to Unity session, image of login screen doesn't
disappear until starting nautilus. What I mean when I say "image of
login screen" is that consider you take picture of login screen and use
that picture as wallpaper. If I open nautilus, that picture disappears.
