Possibly I have the same problem. I had freshly installed system. After
freeNX installation I get the error. I used the packages from
nomachines.com:
- NX Client for Linux
- NX Node for Linux
- NX Free Edition for Linux
I login via freeNX:

Ha! I found a solution in the ubuntuusers.de wiki:
in /etc/hosts append the line:
127.0.0.1 localhost
change to:
127.0.0.1 localhost unix
After restarting network, freeNX works fine ;)

I have the follow Windows open:
- SciTE
- nautilus
- Firefox
- Terminal
- synaptic
If i switch between there windows randomly (normal click on the windows), then
it comes to the errors. But seldom and not only with

With errors i mean, that the clicked window does not go from the background
to the foreground.
I use the default focus mode...

I get no results when i search on NTFS with nautilus. My search term:

If i search on the terminal i find a few files with:
/media/sda1/WIN$
So, i have beagle not installed. Should i do this?

I am not sure. I do not believe something with the bugs has to act. Maybe
indirectly.

Hm. I'm sorry. It has to do nothing with NTFS.
It's a generally problem. I don't understand the search engine in nautilus, i
think :(
I search after py and i see many dirs files... If i now change the search
term to *.py there are no results. (empty list)
With .py there are files found... Is
