the information in the first place. If some of those settings are
disabled, malware can simply modify the app to display a green checkbox
next to Level 3, leading to a false sense of security.

Jammy image on Raspberry Pi 4 goes through most of initial setup, but
then goes to a blank screen. Subsequent reboots and restarts of gdm3

While Rhythmbox does indeed open a port when started, the user needs to
start it before the port becomes available. This is no different than
opening a Bittorrent client application, or some other application that
opens ports.
That being said, perhaps the plugin should be disabled by default.
