This post may or may not be true, but the workaround seems to be `sudo
apt install nemo` and to use nemo instead.

I couldn't reproduce on either Rhythmbox or Banshee.
Reproduced with 2 different files on Totem , both longer than 10
minutes. Sometimes takes a couple drag/drops of the slider to
reproduce.
The files are ogg's made with Sound Juicer 2.32.

Hi,
No, I won't. But thank you for asking.
I've noticed a pattern of reporting bugs, that are ignored until a major
release, and then being asked to "re-report" them.
Please take my bug reporting seriously, or file bug reports yourselves.

When listening to a 10 min audio file, I want to go back to the start.
While it's playing, I slide the "Time" slider all the way to the left.
The status says 0:00 / 10:13, but when I let it go, the slider jumps to
0:11 or 0:15. This is a bug.

Hi Pedro,
The video window appears on video podcasts. E.g.
http://www.rocketboom.com/rss/quicktime.xml or
http://feeds.feedburner.com/TEDTalks_video
After adding the feed, download an episode, and start to play it.
That's when the video window appears.
