When trying cdda2wav apt automatically installs icedax. Did all this again to
verify.
Brasero Audio CD copy still works on my system (lucid).

Confirmation:
Trying to copy an Audio CD, Brasero demands
manual installation of the following packages:
cdda2wav
cdrdao (mentioned 2 times)
toc2cue
Workaround:
Installed cdda2wav via apt-get.
Installed cdda2wav, now titled icedax, via apt-get.
