Follow-up with Nick:
I tried the same procedures as nick.At first it is not showing error
message.In next few reboots when i tried to do the same error message is
reproduced.

I still thik there is simmilarity between bug #79303 what you think?
But i do agree when kill -9 gnome-sessions is used it kills the settings
tree.I think someone reported this a long ago.
