After 10 days of being aware that this bug was fixed, I can confirm that it
definitely seems to have been expelled from my laptop (lenovo T61p) as well.
Congretulations, this was the last major pain in my neck since Karmic.

Thanks all. My T61p is up to date and I can' t reproduce the bug right
now. I'll pay close attention the next days is it shows up again. I
think it only happens/happened after a significant battery discharge.

What does it mean: Fix released? I still have this problem, every day
twice, as i use my laptop while commuting by train and charging at home
and at work!
