I have also got this bug and here it is causing system crash. This bug exists
after Ubuntu 10.04, at least for me. It is reproducible
by opening sites with flash content. Also for those who, this is just a logging
issue, well let me say, it is not. This is real problem and it should be fixed.

[power]: gnome-settings-daemon crashed with SIGSEGV in
gnome_rr_screen
This issue is reproducible with Intel DX58SO motherboard. It occurs when
when open sites which contains Rich AJAX or flash player. eg Yahoo
Chess. This problem is prominent on Ubuntu Versions greater than 10.04.
I reported this bug Bug 986773 with apport but they also regarded it as
"Incomplete". Y

Yes, I think technically it is a problem of ordering. In Hindi, some
diacritical marks need to go to the left of the last type character,
or on top of it. Although gedit, as shown in the screenshot above can do that,
gnome-terminal fails to do that.
