[Bug 1861743] [NEW] updates/app search does not load, only spins constantly

Public bug reported: When I open GNOME Software, it won't show me any suggested packages. I can't search for packages, it just constantly shows the buffering symbol. Adding packages with snap or apt works just fine. This only occured after I installed gitg after upgrading too 20.04 iirc. Ubuntu R
