Did I mention that the contacts were imported from an Outlook CSV file.
This is on my Sister-in-law's computer...I will check tomorrow if can
can recreate this in another profile.

When I am Composing a new message and use the "To:" button to add a
contact to the message it does not show my personal Conatcts even though
in Preferences / Auto Completion and Mail Preferences/Automatic Contacts
are all pointing to "Personal".
