icedax? and then it just works? the icedax package conflicts with
cdda2wav so installing icedax will force cdda2wav to be removed again...
at least on my system. or am i misunderstanding you here?

just upgraded to lucid and it is still the same ... but i notice it is
just THIS archive! other archives with .sql files report the size just
fine. and when unpacking this particular .sql file and repacking it
results in a new archive that reports the size fine too.

lists the packed .sql file with a ridiculous small size. In this case,
the size of the only file in the 520KB large archive was reported to be
