[Bug 402849] [NEW] installation no-ip hangs (freezes) after answering question concerning hosts

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-terminal Couldn't get no-ip working. Installed it several times. Repeatedly said there was no configuration file in /etc/init.d/noip.conf. This last time it continues to hang up and sudo dpkg --configure -a did not fix the problem. ProblemType: Bug
