problem video has the following-

Codec: MPEG-1/2 Video (mpgv)
Resolution: 352x576
Frame rate: 50
Stream 1
Type: Audio
Codec: A52 Audio (aka AC3) (a52 )
Channels: Stereo
Sample rate: 48000 Hz
Bitrate: 224 kb/s
then its 5 streams of subtitle:-Codec: (cc1 )

Both create screen shot and create screen shot gallery are working fine
here.

ahh! it seems that is the problem, when playing the video codec=N/A
sound is dolby
