Public bug reported: It seems that could depend on installing the metapackage ubuntu-desktop above plain Kubuntu installation. Experienced the same problem on my notebook. On a fresh Ubuntu installation no problem with changing theme. ** Affects: control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecide
