Have you checked that you ve got the package installed maybe it s on
proposed not on the main repro.

Yes you have to enable jaunty-proposed to get it fixed.
I do not know how long it takes to get from proposed to main.
To be honest i have always used proposed repro and i have never had any
problems.
So i would recommend it.

It s really annoying new contact have their anniversary display but my old
contact are still not displayed...
I tried to export them to a vcf card and reupload them into a new list but they
still not have their anniversary display...
I think they have changed the way they were handling the anni

I took the decision to change this bug status because with the latest update
totem is closing like a rocket :-)
I do not know which package did that but i suspect python2.6

OK it seems that evolution is creating two events at a time and making
it totally unusable. I have attached an ics calendar with an events
which was moved and the bug occured

anniversary date are displayed actually in gnome-panel-calendar normally
they were both displayed.

OK it seems that evolution is creating two events at a time and making
it totally unusable. I have attached an ics calendar with an events
which was moved and the bug occured

In evolution you can set up Birth of date or anniversary date. And only
anniversary date are displayed actually in gnome-panel-calendar normally
they were both displayed.
tested on jaunty.

Yes it seems that its evolution-data-server the problem...
I can display in the clock a contact birthday if i create a new contact.
But when i restart or log off this contact is not displayed in the clock
applet anymore.

It s really annoying new contact have their anniversary display but my old
contact are still not displayed...
I tried to export them to a vcf card and reupload them into a new list but they
still not have their anniversary display...
I think they have changed the way they were handling the anni

I took the decision to change this bug status because with the latest update
totem is closing like a rocket :-)
